MERCYCORPS, an international relief and development organization that focuses on alleviating hardship, reducing poverty and improving living conditions of vulnerable population in crisis urgently searching for qualified indonesia citizen for the position to be based in Banda Aceh of:

IT System Administrator
(Based in Banda Aceh)

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years experience in Management and Information Technology System (MIS);

a relevant university degree in computer sciences is desirable;

Able to manage both hardware and software requirements in local area networking (LAN);

Able to manage and configure the internal email system as per the local area networking (LAN); Exclusive knowledge of internet, proxy, pop mail, and TCPIP settings.

Ability for upright maintenance of all internet account, Logins and account status;

Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, Meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members is required.

Ability to troubleshoot, plan and design low maintenance systems is a must

Responsibilities include:
Responsible for maintenance of general IT system for going smoothly. Assist to all staff that has troubleshot in the IT general system. This position is directly supervised by Administration Manager. IT Sytem Administrator is middle support management position for Mercy Corps Banda Aceh. Responsible for repairing or maintaining of LAN-s, internet systems and general IT maintenance. This position is required to exclusive knowledge of hardware and software in Local Area Networking; configure the internet email system, proxy, pop mail and TCPIP setting. The IT system Administrator need will have demonstrated attention to detail, work independently and cooperatively with team members. Frequent travel to any other location in Meulaboh and Takengon office required
