Job Role:
To assist Director and his team members in day-to-day secretarial procedures, to arrange accommodation/ appointment, to assist in the preparation of presentation slides and material and effectively provide other administrative support.
Requirements:
* Graduate from reputable secretarial college
* Min. 1 year working experience, fresh graduates are welcome
* Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesia
* Computer literacy (Words, Excel, Power Point)
* Self initiative, enthusiastic in learning new things, high motivation, and committed
* Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise effectively with individuals at all levels including senior management
* Team focused with a flexible attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile
