HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGER Code : HCM
Purpose of the Job:
Report to Finance and Administration Director, responsible for Human Capital function to drive continuous improvements in capabilities and motivation of all employees while ensuring total focus on Organizational Development to bring necessary cultural changes needed for company to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Performs professional Human Capital management by providing the full range of Human Capital functional activities
- Identifying, develop, formulate, implement, and maintain Human Capital strategies through procedures and policies that aligned with the overall business objective of the Organization Development
- Provide up-to-date market data for Management decisions where Human Capital issues are concerned
Requirements:
- Min. 10 years experience in similar field with successful track record, Multinational Company would be an advantage
- Master/bachelor degree majoring Business Management/Psychology/HR Management with min. GPA 3.00
- People oriented and resourceful with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical thinking and Managerial skill
- Conversant with English (Oral / written) is must
- Conversant with MS office operation


HR - DEVELOPMENT OFFICER Code : HDO
Purpose of the Job:
Report to Assistant Human Capital Manager, responsible for handling and organizing HR Operational function: Training, Competency Based Human Resources Management (including Assessment), Motivational Environment, and Suggestion System Management in order to support business operation in better performance
Responsibilities:
- Analyze Training Need, Training Annual Schedule execution, evaluate the effectiveness of Training Program
- Handle Competency Based Human Resources Management (Model Competency, Task analyze, Tool assessment, Assessment)
- Interpret Competency Based Human Resources Management result to Employee Development Planning
- Create and implementation of Motivational Environment
- Handle continuous improvement by Suggestion Management System
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years experience in similar position in Manufacturing Industry
- Male, Bachelor degree majoring Psychology/Management, with min. GPA 3.00
- Assessor experiences will advantage
- Can work as part of team and independently, strong development thinking, strong interpersonal skill
- Willing in tight schedule with high self motivation
- Conversant with English (Oral / written) is must
- Conversant with MS office operation
