PENGUMUMAN Nomor B. 3299/Sj.2/Kp.320/XI/2007


Departemen Kelautan dan Perikanan dalam Tahun 2007 mendapat
alokasi tambahan formasi pegawai sebanyak 546 orang. Formasi tersebut
sejumlah 162 orang diperuntukkan bagi alumni terbaik tahun 2004 s.d.
2006 dari lembaga pendidikan di bawah Departemen Kelautan dan
Perikanan yang sudah terdata di Biro Kepegawaian (Sekolah Tinggi
Perikanan Jakarta; Sekolah Tinggi Penyuluh Perikanan Bogor; Akademi
Perikanan Sidoarjo, Bitung, dan Sorong; Sekolah Usaha Perikanan
Menengah Ladong, Pariaman, Kota Agung, Tegal, Pontianak, Bone, Ambon
dan Sorong).


Untuk pengangkatan dari pelamar umum sejumlah 384 orang, dibuka
kesempatan kepada Warga Negara Republik Indonesia untuk mengikuti
seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang akan ditempatkan/ditugaskan
untuk mengisi kekosongan jabatan pada Kantor Pusat dan Unit Pelaksana
Teknis (UPT) di lingkungan Departemen Kelautan dan Perikanan di
seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia, dengan ketentuan
sebagai berikut :


A. PERSYARATAN


1. Usia : Pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2007, usia serendah-rendahnya 18 tahun dan setinggi-tingginya:
a. 34 tahun , bagi yang berpendidikan Pasca Sarjana (S2).
b. 30 tahun , bagi yang berpendidikan Sarjana (S1)/Diploma IV.
c. 28 tahun , bagi yang berpendidikan Sarjana Muda/Diploma III.
d. 25 tahun , bagi yang berpendidikan Sekolah Usaha Perikanan
Menengah/ Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Jurusan Tata Boga.


2. Pendidikan Terakhir :
a. Pasca Sarjana (S2)
Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) minimum = 3,25.
b. Sarjana / Diploma IV
Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) minimum:
1)Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN)/ Sekolah Tinggi Perikanan (STP)
Jakarta = 2,50 ;
2)Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) terakreditasi = 3,00 ;
c. Sarjana Muda/ Diploma III
Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) minimum:
1)Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN)/ Akademi Perikanan (AP) = 2,50 ;
2)Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) terakreditasi = 3,00 ;
d.Khusus untuk :
1) Jabatan Peneliti dan Dosen dengan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) minimum = 3,00 baik Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN)/


Sekolah Tinggi Perikanan (STP) Jakarta maupun Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS)
terakreditasi “A”.
2) Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Jurusan Tata Boga , jenis kelamin Pria karena untuk ditempatkan sebagai Juru Masak pada Kapal


Pengawas
Perikanan, Departemen Kelautan dan Perikanan.


3.Berkelakuan baik.
4.Sehat jasmani dan rohani.
5.Tidak sedang menjalankan pendidikan formal/tidak berstatus sebagai Mahasiswa pada Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN) atau


Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS).
6.Berstatus sebagai pencari kerja.
7.Bagi wanita, dalam keadaan tidak hamil dan bersedia tidak hamil
selama menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS).


B. Jumlah lowongan jabatan, kualifikasi pendidikan, dan penempatan
yang dibutuhkan di lingkungan Departemen Kelautan dan Perikanan
sebagaimana Lampiran I.
C.PENGAJUAN LAMARAN
1. Lamaran dibuat antara tanggal 5 November sampai dengan tanggal 12 November 2007 dengan menggunakan tinta hitam, ditulis


tangan sendiri dan ditandatangani sendiri oleh pelamar tanpa meterai, ditujukan kepada Yth. Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan


RI, Jl. Medan Merdeka Timur Nomor 16, Jakarta 10110, sebagaimana Lampiran II .
2.Dalam surat lamaran te rsebut harus dilampirkan:
a. Foto copy Ijazah dan Transkrip Nilai yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang.


Bagi pelamar lulusan dari Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri, agar
menyertakan foto copy Ijazah yang telah ditetapkan penyetaraannya dari
Departemen Pendidikan Nasional dan dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang
berwenang, sebagaimana L ampiran III.
b. Pas photo terbaru hitam putih, ukuran 3 X 4 cm sebanyak 3 (tiga) lembar.
3. Surat lamaran beserta lampirannya dimasukkan ke dalam Stopmap yang ditulis nama, alamat dan pendidikan terakhir dengan


huruf
BALOK/KAPITAL dengan warna :
a. HIJAU untuk Pasca Sarjana (S2);
b. BIRU untuk Sarjana (S1) atau Diploma IV;
c. MERAH untuk Akademi atau Diploma III;
d. KUNING untuk Sekolah Usaha Perikanan Menengah Negeri (SUPM)/
Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Jurusan Tata Boga.
4. Kelengkapan berkas lamaran dimasukkan dalam amplop besar yang
ditujukan kepada Yth. Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan RI, Kotak Pos
4130 JKP 10041 , dan pada bagian sudut kiri atas amplop ditulis ”
LAMARAN Dep. KP 2007 “, Jabatan yang diinginkan dan penempatan, serta
tingkat pendidikan. Di bagian belakang amplop ditulis alamat pengirim
serta Provinsinya.
5.Lamaran hanya diterima melalui Kotak Pos 4130 JKP 10041, dan
pengambilan terakhir di kantor Pos tanggal 18 November 2007 Pukul
16.00 WIB.
6.Dalam lamaran harus menyebutkan jabatan dan penempatan yang dilamar .
7. Berkas lamaran yang telah disampaikan menjadi milik Departemen
Kelautan dan Perikanan.
8.Lamaran yang telah disampaikan sebelum pengumuman ini dinyatakan
tidak berlaku, dan harus mengajukan lamaran baru sesuai ketentuan
dalam pengumuman ini.
9.Surat lamaran yang tidak :
a.ditulis sesuai dengan format terlampir;
b.melampirkan Ijazah dan transkrip yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat
yang berwenang;
c.melampirkan pas photo hitam putih ukuran 3 x 4 cm sebanyak 3
(tiga) lembar ;
d.menyebutkan jabatan dan penempatan yang dilamar;
dinyatakan tidak lulus seleksi administrasi.


D . MATERI UJIAN
1.TES KOMPETENSI DASAR (TKD)
Materi TKD terdiri dari Test Pengetahuan Umum (TPU), Test Bakat
Skolastik (TBS), dan Tes Skala Kematangan dimaksudkan untuk menggali
pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap/perilaku peserta ujian yang
meliputi : wawasan nasional, regional, dan internasional maupun
kemampuan verbal, kemampuan kuantitatif, kemampuan penalaran,
kemampuan beradaptasi, pengendalian diri, semangat berprestasi,
integritas dan inisiatif
2.TES KOMPETENSI BIDANG (TKB)
Dimaksudkan untuk mengukur dan atau keterampilan peserta ujian
yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi jabatan atau pekerjaan yang dilamar.


E .Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi akan diumumkan
pada tanggal 22 November 2007 DI WEBSITE DEPARTEMEN KELAUTAN DAN

F. Ujian tertulis dilaksanakan secara serentak pada tanggal 29

II. PERSYARATAN CPNS :
1. Warga Negara Republik Indonesia;
2. Usia serendah-rendahnya 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada tanggal akhir Desember 2007;
3. Berijazah sesuai dengan kualifikasi pendidikan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) yang telah ditetapkan;
4. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap, karena melakukan suatu tindakan pidana kejahatan;
5. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai CPNS/PNS/Anggota TNI/Anggota Kepolisian Negara, atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta;
6. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/PNS/ Anggota TNI/Anggota Kepolisian Negara;
7. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai anggota atau pengurus partai politik;
8. Tidak terikat kontrak/ikatan kerja baik dengan instansi pemerintah maupun swasta;
9. Berkelakuan baik, surat keterangan kelakuan baik dibuat oleh kepolisian setempat;
10. Sehat jasmani dan rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan dari dokter pemerintah;
11. Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia atau negara lain yang ditentukan oleh Pemerintah;
12. Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus sebagai CPNS harus menyertakan Surat Keterangan bebas dari pemakaian narkoba.
III. PELAMARAN CPNS :
1. Berkas lamaran dimasukan kedalam amplop coklat (ukuran 350mm x 240mm) yang mencantumkan nama pelamar serta kode jabatan yang akan dilamar disudut kiri atas dan dikirim melalui pos yang dialamatkan ke PO BOX 8027 JKSTB 12810 mulai tanggal 9 November sampai dengan paling lambat tanggal 15 November 2007 Stempel Pos.
2. Surat lamaran ditulis tangan dengan tinta hitam dan ditandatangani sendiri oleh pelamar di atas kertas segel atau kertas bermaterai Rp. 6.000,00 dan ditujukan kepada Sekretaris Jenderal DPD RI Jl. Jenderal Gatot Subroto No. 6 Jakarta Pusat, dengan melampirkan :
a. Foto Copy sah ijazah disertai transkrip nilai yang telah dilegalisir tanda tangan dan stempel asli oleh Rektor/Dekan/Pimpinan Universitas/Institut/Akademi;
b. Foto Copy Kartu Tanda Pencari Kerja dari Departemen Tenaga Kerja (Kartu Kuning) yang masih berlaku;
c. Foto Copy Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) dari Kepolisian;
d. Foto Copy Surat Keterangan Sehat dari Dokter pemerintah;
e. Pas Photo berwarna ukuran 3 x 4 sebanyak 4 (empat) lembar.


3. Memiliki keterampilan dan mampu mengoperasikan program komputer Microsoft Office dan internet.
4. Pelamar harap mencantumkan nomor telepon/handphone.
5. Berkas lamaran yang sudah diserahkan tidak dapat diminta kembali.
6. Berkas lamaran yang sudah diserahkan sebelum dikeluarkan pengumuman ini, dinyatakan tidak berlaku.
IV. TAHAPAN PELAKSANAAN SELEKSI :
1. Seleksi administrasi berkas lamaran;
2. Pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan administrasi akan dihubungi melalui Telepon/HP, mulai tanggal 19 s.d. 21 November 2007;
3. Pelamar juga dapat melihat hasil akhir seleksi administrasi melalui website www.dpd.go.id pada tanggal 21 November 2007.
4. Pelamar yang namanya tidak tercantum di website www.dpd.go.id dan tidak mendapatkan konfirmasi pemanggilan melalui Telepon/HP sampai dengan tanggal 21 November 2007, dinyatakan tidak memenuhi syarat pada seleksi administrasi dan tidak akan diikutkan dalam seleksi berikutnya;
5. Pelamar yang telah mendapatkan konfirmasi melalui Telepon/HP dan namanya tercantum di website www.dpd.go.id dapat mengambil Kartu Nomor Peserta Ujian di Wisma Makara Universitas Indonesia (UI) Depok, pada tanggal 22 dan 23 November 2007.
6. Pelaksanaan Seleksi berikutnya akan diumumkan lebih lanjut melalui website www.dpd.go.id dan dihubungi melalui Telepon/HP.
V. PENUTUP
1. Keputusan panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat dan lamaran yang diterima tidak dapat diminta kembali.
2. Seluruh proses pengadaan CPNS Sekretariat Jenderal DPD RI tidak dipungut biaya apapun.
3. Hasil seleksi akhir akan diumumkan di Website www.dpd.go.id
4. Sekretariat Jenderal DPD RI tidak bertanggung jawab atas pungutan atau tawaran berupa apapun oleh oknum-oknum yang mengatasnamakan Sekretariat Jenderal DPD RI atau Tim Pengadaan CPNS Sekretariat Jenderal DPD RI.
5. Tim Pengadaan CPNS Sekretariat Jenderal DPD RI tidak menerima lamaran yang diantar langsung.
6. Lamaran yang telah diajukan sebelum pengumuman ini dianggap tidak berlaku dan wajib dikirim kembali sesuai ketentuan tersebut diatas.

Penerimaan CPNS Dosen Unibraw 2007


Universitas Brawijaya pada tahun 2007 ini akan menerima 25 orang calon pegawai negeri sipil (CPNS) untuk tenaga dosen. Informasi tesebut dikeluarkan melalui pengumuman nomor 023/PENG/2007 tanggal 3 November 2007, yang ditandatangani Rektor Prof Dr Ir Yogi Sugito. Pengumuman itu didasarkan pada keputusan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional nomor 4157/A4.1/KP/2007 tanggal 9 Oktober 2007, dan hasil rapat teknis kepegawaian 20-30 Oktober 2007. Kualifikasi CPNS yang akan diterima itu seluruhnya untuk golongan III/b dengan tingkat pendidikan S2 (magister atau master) atau spesialis dari
berbagai kualifikasi akademik, dan akan ditempatkan pada 10 fakultas
dan 2 program yang dimiliki Universitas Brawijaya. Formasi untuk FH 2
orang, FE 2, FIA 2, FP 2, FPt 2, FT 3, FK 2, FPi 2, FMIPA 2, FTP 2,

Persyaratan
Adapun pelamar yang berhak mendaftar harus memenuhi ketentuan sebagai
berikut: WNI, berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 tahun dan
setinggi-tingginya 35 tahun pada 1 Januari 2008 berdasarkan tanggal
kelahiran pada ijazah, tidak sedang terikat kontrak dengan
instansi/perguruan tinggi lain, tidak pernah dihukum penjara
berdasarkan keputusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum
tetap. Bagi pelamar yang berusia di atas 35 tahun tapi tidak melebihi
40 tahun, harus melampirkan keputusan pengangkatan pertama sampai
terakhir minimal 10 tahun 10 bulan secara terus-menerus sejak 1 April
1997 sampai sekarang pada instansi pemerintah dan/atau lembaga swasta
yang berbadan hukum yang menunjang kepentingan nasional, dan surat
keterangan yang menyatakan bahwa yang bersangkutan masih melaksanakan
tugasnya pada instansi tersebut sesuai dengan PP nomor 98 tahun 2000
sebagaimana telah diubah dengan PP nomor 11 tahun 2002.


Tempat dan waktu pendaftaran
Penerimaan pendaftaran, seleksi administrasi, pengisian biodata, dan
pengambilan nomor tanda peserta ujian dilaksanakan di Bagian
Kepegawaian Unievrsitas Brawijaya, gedung Rektorat lantai V, mulai
Sabtu 3 November 2007 hingga Selasa 20 November 2007, untuk hari
Senin-Jumat pukul 08.00-15.00 WIB, Sabtu 08.00-13.00 WIB, hari Minggu
libur. lain; (h) mengisi surat perjanjian ikatan kerja; (i) membawa 2 lembar
meterai Rp 6.000,00.
Lamaran dimasukkan ke dalam stofmap, warna merah untuk pelamar tenaga
dosen FH, FE, dan FIA; hijau untuk pelamar tenaga dosen FP, FPt, FPi;
kuning untuk pelamar tenaga dosen FT, FK, FMIPA; biru untuk pelamar
tenaga dosen FTP, Bastra, dan PIS.


Ujian
Ujian seleksi diadakan dalam dua tahap. Tahap I, Kamis 29 November
2007, pukul 07.30-11.30 WIB di Sasana Samanta Krida Unibraw, dengan
materi ujian: tes pengetahuan umum (bahasa Indonesia, Pancasila,
kebijaksanaan pemerintah, tatanegara, sejarah, bahasa Inggris), dan
tes bakat skolastik (kemampuan penalaran verbal, kuantititaif, dan
analisis) NB.Mod. Untuk itu peserta diminta membawa kelengkapan tes berupa
kartu peserta tes, pensil 2B, karet penghapus, dan rautan pensil.
Hasil ujian tahap I diumumkan Rabu, 12 Desember 2007.
Sedangkan ujian tahap II, dilaksanakan Jumat-Sabtu 14-15 Desember
2007, pukul 08.00-10.00 WIB di Student Center Unibraw, dengan materi
ujian: tes substantif, wawancara dalam bahasa Inggris, dan wawancara
dalam bahasa Jepang khusus pelamar S2 bahasa Jepang. Hasil ujian tahap II diumumkan Rabu 19 Desember 2007.

Pelamar yang sudah memasukkan berkas lamaran sebelum pengumuman ini
dikeluarkan, dan kualifikasi pendidikannya sesuai dengan pengumuman
ini, dapat langsung memperbarui berkas lamarannya di tempat
pendaftaran (tidak diadakan surat menyurat). Pada saat mendaftar,

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Prepare and produce spatial data and information (thematic maps and
satellite imageries) for project needs:
- Conduct data acquisition and purchasing for both digital and hardcopy
thematic maps and satellite imageries (in coordination with GIS and Mapping
Specialist in Bogor office)
- Conduct satellite imageries interpretation with appropriate methods,
including field validation (ground check)
- Conduct advanced and basic spatial analysis in order to support project
design development, and support the decision making process in term of
conservation and development planning within the region.


* Develop a communication strategy related to spatial data in order to
strengthen communication between Burung Indonesia, Aketajawe Lolobata
National Park management, and partner institutions.
* Support capacity development with identify and provide the training for
project team, national park staffs and local partner to increase their
knowledge and skill related to GIS, remote sensing and GPS utilization.
* Assist the project team with providing high quality spatial data and
information to support Aketajawe Lolobata National Park management plan and
zonation development.
* Support capacity development with identify and provide the training for

* Provide technical support on cartographic services and data sharing to
Burung Indonesia and local partners.
* Develop and manage spatial and non-spatial database system in site office

Qualifications and Skills Required:
The successful candidate is expected to have the following attributes:
* An S1 (BSc) with relevant experience on conservation, spatial land use
planning, natural resource management, or environmental planning with at
least 3 years work experience in the use of GIS/RS.
* In-depth knowledge of geodesy and geographic information issues (e.g.
projection, datum, data conversion etc.) and data management standards
(database system).
* Expert user of GIS software (i.e. ArcView, ArcGIS, ERDAS Imagine, ErMapper),
including both vector and raster formats and spatial analysis methods.
Experienced in cartography and map presentation design.
* Experience with web GIS software (ArcIMS, GeoClient) and graphic and website
design software (FrontPage, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, CorelDraw) would be an
advantage.
* Good networking skills and knowledge on international and national NGOs in
Indonesia.
* Excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
(reading, writing, oral and presentation).
* The preferred candidate will be self-motivated, team-oriented and able to
meet project deadlines often under difficult circumstances.


Terms of offer:
This is a national professional contract term position with a competitive
salary and benefits package. The contract is for a period of 18 months,
with possibility of renewal, subject to assessment of performance, and
availability of resources.

Holidays in Spain



After doing your routine jobs from Monday to Friday, I am sure you are very tired and boring. Aren’t you??


So, if you have enough budgets, where do you want to go on your next holiday?
Asia, Australia, US, Europe or even Africa?


For me, I really want to go to Europe countries, maybe England, France, Greece, Italy or Spain.


Why Europe, especially, why Holidays in Spain? May be you will ask me what is the reasons why I want to go there.


Ok here are few reasons why I want to have a Holidays in Spain :


First, I have a friend who visits those Europe cities few months ago and she show me the pictures from those places, amazing I think.
Make me really interested to visit those places by myself.


Second, I like football really much, and there is Barcelona FC, I can watch live match between Barcelona FC and its rival in their home base stadium, I can take pictures with top players such as Ronaldinho, Samuel Eto’o and Thierry Henry. Great…!


Third, Spain has many beautiful cities. I saw them on TV news few times, also from some travel websites.


Forth, we don’t need to worry about accommodation and hotel. There are many good hotel available depend on your destination, Seville Hotels ,
Granada Hotels, Malaga Hotels to few some of them.


Ok I think those reasons are enough to explain why I want to go there. Now I have to check my schedule, when is the best time to take a holiday.
